All content, trademarks, software, source code, AI models, and related materials are owned by Big Sky Equity Group LLC.
We grant users a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our Services solely for their own business purposes.
Client IP
Clients retain ownership of their own input data, customer lists, and business content.
By submitting or uploading content, you grant LeadControl a limited license to process and use that content solely to deliver Services to you.
AI Output
AI-generated content (responses, messages, scripts, etc.) is provided under a usage license only, not ownership.
We do not guarantee originality or accuracy and disclaim any liability for reliance on AI-generated outputs.
8. Company Rights
We reserve the right to:
Modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
Suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or fails to pay.
Change pricing or features with prior notice.
We are not liable for any loss resulting from these actions.
9. Limitation of Liability

Our total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total fees paid to us in the past 3 months.
All AI-generated content is provided “as is.” We make no warranties—express or implied—regarding its accuracy, completeness, or suitability for any purpose.
You understand and agree that AI outputs may contain inaccuracies, and you are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying results before use.
10. Service Availability and Updates
We aim to maintain continuous service availability but do not guarantee uptime.
We may update, enhance, or change features without notice.
Downtime for maintenance or external service interruptions (e.g., OpenAI, Twilio, Stripe) does not constitute a breach of these Terms.
11. Termination
Either party may terminate use of the Services at any time.
Upon termination:
Your access may be disabled immediately.
Outstanding balances remain due.
Data associated with your account may be deleted or retained as required by law.
We may also terminate or suspend your account immediately for violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.
12. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising under these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Travis County, Texas, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association (AAA).
You waive your right to participate in class actions or jury trials.
We reserve the right to seek injunctive or equitable relief in court for any misuse of intellectual property or violation of confidentiality obligations.
